Refund and Return Policy

At Zarkan, each ethnic outfit is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
✔ Received a damaged product
✔ Received a defective product
✔ Received the wrong item
⚠️ Change of mind, size issues, or style preference changes are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

No stains, perfumes, makeup marks, or alterations
Any product failing the quality check will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Sale or discounted items

Customized or altered products

Products damaged due to customer handling
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Exchange depends on product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
6. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Zarkan.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
