Refund and Return Policy

At Zarkan, each ethnic outfit is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

✔ Received a damaged product
✔ Received a defective product
✔ Received the wrong item

⚠️ Change of mind, size issues, or style preference changes are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • No stains, perfumes, makeup marks, or alterations

Any product failing the quality check will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Exchange depends on product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.


6. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Zarkan.

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


8. How to Raise a Return Request

To request a return or exchange, contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Reason for return

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
